Descripción de la oferta

At Grupo Planeta we´re looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Associate Dean for Academic Delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic management, customer care, training delivery, academic reporting, learning analytics, and academic technology. This role reports directly to the Dean and plays a pivotal role in ensuring a high-quality educational experience for our students.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of all academic programs, ensuring they meet the institution's quality standards and objectives.
  • Manage the customer care team, providing support and guidance to ensure a positive experience for all students and faculty.
  • Manage the faculty and program directors to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of academic delivery, including the use of advanced learning analytics and technology.
  • Prepare and analyze academic reports, identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of academic methodologies
  • Liaise with other departments within the institution to ensure seamless integration of academic services and support functions.
  • Assist the Dean in setting strategic goals, budgeting, and resource allocation for the academic delivery department.

Requisitos

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an academic institution, preferably in the area of academic delivery or program management.
  • A Ph.D. in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in academic delivery, learning analytics, and educational technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams, build relationships, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
  • Proven track record of success in implementing and managing innovative academic programs and services.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
