Descripción de la oferta

At Grupo Planeta, we are looking for a Certification Office Specialist (Temporary) to join our team in the Rome Business School. 

 

MISSON: The Certification Office Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of certification processes related to academic programs offered by the Rome Business School.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Certification Process Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end certification process for various academic programs, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and timely manners.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to collect and verify required documentation for certification purposes.

Database:

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date certification database, tracking the progress of certification requests and ensuring data integrity.
  • Generate reports and summaries on certification activities for internal and external stakeholders.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and relevant administrative departments to facilitate smooth certification procedures.
  • Communicate certification requirements and updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Policy Adherence:

  • Stay informed about changes in certification regulations and standards relevant to business education.
  • Ensure that certification processes align with institutional policies and industry best practices.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service to students and alumni seeking certification, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Student Services team to enhance the overall student experience.

Requisitos

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in adminstrative tasks, certification, academic administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of Persian is a plus.
  • Familiarity with relevant certification regulations and procedures.
