Roles and Responsibilities
Evaluation and analysis of professional opportunities.
Create networking opportunities to foster new professional relationships between companies and students.
Maintenance and extension of agreements with entities.
Contact Headhunters, talent acquisition specialists, recruitment specialist consultants and companies.
Help students define their career goals and provide opportunities for them to achieve.
Organization of career events and projects (annual and monthly).
Training and counseling students in the field of professional career development.
Essential skills:
- Minimum studies Bachelor / Laurea Magistrale (Economics, ADE, Law, Psychology, Humanities).
- Experience in the Higher Education sector or in areas of HR.
- Languages: English and Italian. Valuable Spanish.
