Business Analyst

We are looking for a new member to join our growing Marketing team as Business Analyst

who will work in understanding the business needs and transforming them into a feasible technical solution. She/He will be involved in end-to-end projects, market researches, and business development activities to generate actionable business insights and improvements.

 Roles:

• Will be in charge for the design, development and on-going support of the new reporting system for BI with a data mining prospective
• Analyse and report leads generation activities using the appropriate measuring and monitoring tools on DB or/and web based;
• Analyse users’ data and create predictive models to forecast different paths
• Analyse and compare company’s product portfolio, performance metrics on national and international competitors, market demand, clients and other stakeholders with a view to the growth of the company;
• Create a solid technical system to be in line with long-range objectives and create solid technical solutions for analysing the improvement of market demand;
• Analyse customer satisfaction in order to keep improving business objectives

    Key responsibilities:

• Increase portfolio profitability;
• Manage reporting and analytical tools with a view to the growth of the company;
• Analyze and benchmark internal and market products and trends;
• Constantly Monitor and enhance client’s satisfaction
