Head of Admissions Performance

Rome Business School is looking for a Head of International Admissions to lead and scale our international student recruitment strategy.

This is not a reporting role.
This is a leadership role with direct impact on international enrollment growth, team performance, and the quality of our global cohorts.

You will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and enrolling high-potential international candidates across global markets, while ensuring academic standards, diversity, and institutional positioning remain strong.

What You Will Own

International Recruitment Growth

• Drive international enrollment targets across programs and markets.
• Design and execute performance-driven recruitment strategies.
• Ensure predictable forecasting and sustainable revenue growth.
• Balance commercial performance with academic quality.

Performance & Funnel Optimization

• Oversee full admissions funnel performance and KPIs.
• Identify conversion bottlenecks and implement real-time corrective actions.
• Ensure strong CRM discipline and data-driven decision-making.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and coach a team of International Admissions Advisors.
• Recruit the best candidates to study at Rome Business School.
• Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and ownership.

Strategic Contribution

• Provide market insights on Master or MBA and postgraduate trends.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
• Strengthen the School’s positioning in international markets.
