Rome Business School is looking for a resilient and persuasive International Admission Advisor to join the Admissions Department.
You will work within an international team as a point of reference for students, by guiding them throughout their educational path and supporting them in choosing their annual professional master’s program (online or on campus).
What you will do
Engage with international students
Help them explore academic options and encourage them to choose the educational path best suited to them
Achieve weekly and monthly goals by collaborating with the team leader
What we offer
Base salary: €18.452,85/year + commissions (with the possibility to earn up to €45K)
Full-time fixed-term contract for an initial 6 months
Working hours: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Mon–Fri)
Two days of remote work per week after completing the training period

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Fluent English and Italian languages
- No specific experience required
- Experience in customer service or consultative B2C sales is a plus
- Empathy, discipline, and positive attitude are required
- Candidates must be residents in Rome
