At Grupo Planeta, we are looking to welcome a student for an Animation Production Coordinator Internship at DeAPlaneta in Barcelona.
What will you learn day-to-day?
Coordinate meetings and support communication management between internal teams and external partners, developing skills to help facilitate smooth information flow.
Create documents, presentations, and follow-up reports, learning how to organize and present key information for animation production.
Manage materials and resources with external vendors, gaining an understanding of the logistics and control processes required in animation projects.
Support administrative tasks within the production department and the AI committee, gaining hands-on experience in task tracking and internal organization.
Collaborate on a variety of projects, both internal and with external studios, encouraging your professional growth in a real, multidisciplinary production environment.
What would we like to see on your CV?
Currently studying a degree or master's in 3D Animation, Executive Production for Animation Projects, or a related field.
Proficient in Excel.
Professional level of English.
Familiar with the pipeline and workflow of an animated audiovisual production.
