Rome Business School is a managerial training and research institute of excellence based in Rome, active in the whole of Italy and internationally. What will be your main role? 

Understanding the business needs and transforming them into a feasible technical solution. She/He will be involved in end-to-end projects, market researches, and business development activities to generate actionable business insights and improvements.

Roles:

  • Will be in charge for the design, development and on-going support of the new reporting system for BI with a data mining prospective
  • Analyse and report leads generation activities using the appropriate measuring and monitoring tools on DB or/and web based;
  • Analyse users’ data and create predictive models to forecast different paths
  • Analyse and compare company’s product portfolio, performance metrics on national and international competitors, market demand, clients and other stakeholders with a view to the growth of the company;
  • Create a solid technical system to be in line with long-range objectives and create solid technical solutions for analysing the improvement of market demand;
  • Analyse customer satisfaction in order to keep improving business objectives

 

   Key responsibilities:

  • Increase portfolio profitability;
  • Manage reporting and analytical tools with a view to the growth of the company;
  • Analyze and benchmark internal and market products and trends;
  • Constantly Monitor and enhance client’s satisfaction

 

Requisitos

  • Degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing or MBA;
  • 1-2 years of working experience in similar roles (ideally for a service company) is highly appreciated;
  • Experience with market researches;
  • Advanced expertise in Excel and other analytical tools such as SPSS;
  • Attitude to plan and organize work to deliver project as agreed
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in English
  • Knowledge of Spanish would be an asset
  • Great willing to work and to learn new skills
